Working at Dell Computers, submitted Business Improvement Plan (BPI) project, winning world quality day in yellow belt category. Project was used as training model for several years, by BPI trainers.
As Tier-1 technician, selected to assist in opening new support location (Twin Falls, ID) where I evaluated and selected candidates for various positions at the site, including Tier-2 team leads and escalations agents.
As Tier-2 technician, was asked to assist in escalations group, typically semi-manager position, where I made decisions on policy and resolution to customer issues beyond the scope of normal day-to-day.
