Nuclear Island 3 & 4 HSE Field Lead, Responsible for implementing and administering Environmental Health and Safety polices per company and OSHA standards. The coverage of HSE professionals and assignments and deliverables by end of shift. Case management for injury’s and incidents on project. Serves as a resource for front line management and area assigned HSE professionals to develop and administer a proactive prevention program for incidents and illnesses on Nuclear Construction related projects. Provides technical assistance to home and field operations to ensure compliance with applicable international, federal, state, local and Fluor Services health, safety & environmental requirements. Keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.
