• Running the monthly payroll and responsible for the personnel affairs with the interpretation and implementation of regulations, systems and procedures.

• Reviewing and approval the attendance sheets for all the employees and ensure the overtime accuracy.

• Checking and approving the monthly invoices of the outsource manpower agencies.

• Preparing the final settlement payments for the terminated and resigned employees.

• Prepare monthly report on all salaries and invoices issued to be reviewed with the finance department before submission.

• Approve all Bills and expenses for salaries after revision according to company policy.

• Maintaining constant communication with government offices (Labor and social Insurance offices, tax, commercial registration, building and construction authority).

• Ensure the social insurance contribution for all the employees is according to the salaries structure and labor law.

• Presenting the company in the labor & social insurance office to deal with the official complains/problems.
