Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer with more than 27 years of experience in designing Supervisory and Control Systems for Oil, Gas and chemical industries, power generation plants and petrochemicals facilities, developing Conceptual, Basic and Detail Engineering Projects, specialist in developing Instrumentation drawings and specifications such as: Instrumentation and Piping Diagrams, technical specifications for instrumentation measurement and control equipment, instruments lists and data sheets; loop diagrams; detail drawings for instruments installation; conduit and cable lists drawings and specifications; supervisory, operational and control philosophy; DCS specifications, connection diagrams; system control and data acquisition specifications; architecture diagrams; development of solutions and specifications for access control, vigilance, fire and protection systems; cost estimate and evaluation of solutions for supervisory systems alternatives; materials and metric calculations; material estimate lists; instruments locate and wiring route drawings; developing of strategies and specifications for facilities construction; field data acquisition SCADA and DCS expertise; etc.
