• Actively participating in the development of P&ID and sizing of major components such as compressors (screw), motors, pumps, and air or water-cooled heat exchangers as per project specification and scope of supply.

• Reviews technical specifications from the customer. Prepare equipment list by identifying all components such as shut off valves, transmitters, gauges, relief valves and control valves as per customer specifications.

• Serves as company's central point of contact for all project related activities and coordinate Project kick-off meetings with customers..

• Review vessel and heat exchanger drawings prepared by Mechanical Designers to ensure process requirements are met and correct welding procedures are used.

• Developed and maintained standard work, safe job procedure, and detailed process work instructions and communicated them to the shop floor personnel.

• Lead end-user training in SAP production planning for routing, bill of material and work center management.

• Identified any ergonomic issues in shop floor and worked on resolving it using NIOSH lifting equations.
