Halved staffing needs in the Dusseldorf plant, reducing personnel from 80 to 40 prior to successfully driving closing procedures for relocation to a cheaper location.

Brescia, Italy: Oversaw Group purchasing for sites in France, Poland, and Italy, with additional authority over commodities managers for family products from 4 European plants following reorganization of the Global Purchasing office.
