Project Description: The Bravo Program provides a legally binding solution for customers and vehicles impacted by the TDI emissions defect. The program is broken down into 5 primary Towers. These include, Customer Process, Remarketing, Finance, Reporting, and Aftersales. My role is to perform as a Senior Business Data Analyst under the guidance of Reporting Tower Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Data & Reports Requirements Elicitation – Conducted workshops with business users to understand the detailed reports requirements in Logistics, Scrap, Finance and Customer Care area

Project Description: VW have a legacy application, Audi Care Management System (ACMS), which is used for capture, retention and retrieval of digital Audi Care scheduled maintenance contracts. ACMS is a Corporate and dealer facing web application in which corporate users create different Audi Care programs and dealer users create the eligible Audi Care contracts for end customers. The scope pf project was to define the business and system requirements as well as Technical Architecture for redesigning of the existing ACMS to Audi CI standards and make it responsive to work on multiple devices across multiple browsers to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Requirements Elicitation/Documentation – Designed and documented detailed business requirements, functional requirements utilizing PMO & Governance approved templates.

Conducted Joint applications development (JAD) sessions with the participation of the users and the stakeholders to gather requirements.

Project Description: Nissan wanted to obtain web based system capability to enable the planning, execution, accounting and analytics of targeted incentives using Vehicle Incentive Management System (VIMS). The incentive planners would utilize VIMS to create different incentive programs which would be utilized by dealers to offer the planned incentives to end customer based on eligibility.

Responsibilities:

Provided expertise in strategic incentive planning, business process modelling, business process analysis, component-based development, and quality assurance

Acted as a liaison between business user and Information System (IS) BA to articulate needs, issues and concerns.

Requirements Gathering/Documentation – Designed and documented detailed business requirements, use cases, process flow and functional requirements, system level test cases utilizing PMO & Governance approved templates.

Prepared wireframes and UI mock-ups to demonstrate the functional requirements. Used MS-Visio for flow-charting, process model and functional architectural design of the application.

The application load was approximately 1500 -1700 concurrent users comprising of Dealer Users and Corporate Users.

Responsibilities:

Functionally lead the key modules of DMS like Pre-Sales(Lead Management), Sales, Spares, Common, Financial Accounting, Portal and CRM.

Gathered Business Requirement and prepared Software Requirement Specification (SRS) for the various modules of the application.

Worked along with design teams on various aspects of the web application to provide optimized experience to the end-users.

Worked with QA team for the defects tracking using Cloud CLM tool.

Performed System Integration Testing (SIT) and releasing the developed line items to the customer for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
