My career as a manufactured housing installer of 20 years began for me when I was 15 years of age and brought me many talents and abilities. I learned how to lay carpet, vinyl siding application, finish carpentry, roofing, HVAC installation, concrete pouring, gas piping, sewer and water (assembling piping, leak check, repairs, etc.), blocking and leveling homes, basement sets, escorting mobile homes, remodeling, and many other skills Along side of my career in the manufactured housing industry I had tried many other forms of work. Just to name a few; here are some types of work I performed: Tree Planter, Factory worker (office furniture assembly, thermoplastics, fiberglass insulation, backhoe tire mounter), Circus Worker, Detassler, Apple picker, Hotel maintenance Engineer, Telemarketing, Grain Temperature cable installer, Food production, Grain Processing (clean-up crew), Meat Packing

(kill floor cutter), UPS delivery clerk, pick inventory clerk, gas station attendant, dish washer, housekeeping. Custodian.

I have always enjoyed learning new tasks and I feel this list of abilities would make me a valuable asset to any company.

EMPLOYMENT

Current employment is with MCC ( 10/15-present): Janitor. Duties: Cleaning classrooms, restrooms, public areas, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing tables, vacuuming, trash removal, restocking supplies. The Villas (2/14-4/16): Building maintenance.

Duties: Daily cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal; snow removal, general building maintenance, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, minor appliance repair, painting, drywall, remodeling apartments, cleaning apartments, changing furnace filters, resident assistance, security monitoring.

Letica (3/13-2/14): Production Laborer (print shop, automated spout installer, Flow-in-Gasket machine operator.

Duties: placing plastic buckets on line for printing, cleaning printing plates, palletizing product, printing shipping labels, grinding bad product, operation and set-up of automated spout installer machine, operation and set-up, troubleshooting of Flow-in-gasket machine. compacting trash. Team Staffing (8/12-1/13): P SC Fabricating (quality control) Duties: inspecting return goods and logging flaws using micrometer, calipers, tape measurer, blueprints, visual assessment. Picking inventory and loading trucks for shipment using pallet jacks, carts. Counting inventory.

GPC (feed recovery).

Duties: Clean-up of spilled grain using shovels, pitchforks, skid loader, dump truck, fire hoses. Restocking supply cabinets, changing dryer filters, patching leaks, lockout tag-out. Operating railcar. Clarion Hotel (3/2008-6/2012): hotel engineer.

Duties: Assisting guests with problems, luggage, internet. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, remodeling, HVAC, painting, preventative maintenance, snow removal, grounds keep, pool and hot tub cleaning, monitoring, chemical testing.

Ripley’s Homes (5/2003-3/2008): Manufactured housing Set-up technician.

Duties: Escorting and set-up of manufactured housing. Plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, carpet installation, HVAC, (sewer, water, gas piping), roofing, vinyl siding, drilling pier holes, concrete sidewalks, deck building, assisting crane operators on basement installations. Hame’s Homes (8/2001-5/2003): Manufactured housing set-up technician.

Duties: Escorting and set-up of manufactured housing. Plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, carpet installation, HVAC, (sewer, water, gas piping), roofing, vinyl siding, drilling pier holes, concrete sidewalks, deck building, assisting crane operators on basement installations Heinz (3/2000-7/2001): Vegetable Prep, Kitchen helper. High School with One semester of college in Mechanical drafting (1982-scc, West Burlington, ia.). In high school my main focus was mechanics and science. I served as the Muscatine Mall Santa for 8 years with my church (Church of the Living water) to raise funds for missionaries. While at the Clarion (formerly Holiday Inn) I became employee of the month 5 times.

I have self-taught myself computer skills: installation of hard drives, graphic cards, sound cards, virus elimination, PowerPoint, Word, Windows, CD and DVD burning, photo projects.
