JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Boiler Light up hot light cold light up boiler shut down process emergency boiler handling shift handling all shift member handling chp dm plant boiler Para meter maintaining

Capable of doing DCS operation, Involving boiler major activities such as boiler interlocks PA, SA, ID and boiler overall master fuel trips, boiler air protection, Auto combustion control, Auto furnace draft control, Auto 3 element drum level controls, burner its auxiliaries and supervise boiler equipment’s.

Preparation and execution of Maintenance Schedule for Preventive, Predictive and Need base/Break Down Work

Procedure preparation for Non Destructive Testing, Visual inspection & radiography of weld joints

Co-ordination with clients, contractors & detail Engineering office

Planning & Monitoring the work for timely completion of the project

Conduct welding procedure & performance qualification

Continuous Monitoring and Maintaining Efficiency of Boiler Pressure parts, Rotating Parts, Electro Static Precipitator (ESP).

Overhauling & Maintenance of Coal mill, Feeder, Bunker, Coal Pipes, Fans(PA, FD, ID, Seal Air, Scanner Air), Air Pre Heater(APH), Valves(Safety, Manual, MOV, Pneumatic), Actuator, Positioners, Soot Blowers & LRSB

Maintenance of All Motors, Pumps, Gear Box and its associated equipments

Capable of Boiler, Operation and safe Start up and Shut downs from DCS.
