Involved in the baseline assessment study, scoping of the project, preparation of Basis of Design and presently supporting FEED, Detailed Design.

B)Yibal 2nd stage depletion& re-wheeling Compressor project: USD 300MM.

The unit is to install 4 depletion Compressor re-wheeling along with installation of new Compressor for pressure depletion in the subsurface wells for capacity of 23 MMSCMD LNG facility.

Revamp of berth 31 & 32 of Shuaiba Oil pier was modified by M/s Hyundai Engg with the shortest time of 9 months. Critical path forward was established to review drawing & document. Tie-ins / hook up work was carried out along with M/s Fluor, Hyundai & KNPC and loading arms are being commissioned successfully. This has established simultaneous operation / flexibility to load both white and black products for M/s KNPC & Ammonia to M/s Equate at same time.

Process Technologist : Offsite, tankfarm / ETS & MARINE OPERATING FACILITIES

Regular Monitoring of Inventory and transfer of storage tanks and specific follow up on slop oil tanks. Preparation of inventory / monitoring reports on Refinery Slop oil management.

Troubleshooting problems related to operational flexibility & providing solutions. Proactively involved in the Design Review, Hazop and IPF review and reviewed all PEFS, PSFS, PFS. Worked with consultant for preparation of FEED document and data sheets. Involved in interdisciplinary review and assisted in Inspection of equipment for compliance with dwg’s. Actively involved in commissioning and guarantee runs and preparation of Test runs and Project closeout Reports.

Diesel Hydro treating unit Aug 93 – Dec '95)

The project to treat the Diesel to meet EURO spec of capacity 1.8 mmtpa capacity Involved in Define phase to Commissioning with the Consultant IFP France. Involved in reviewing of H& MB, PFS, PEFS,PSFS. Reviewed process documents such as BFD, Relief and blow down, OCSP etc,. Participated in the DR/HAZOP/IPF reviews and technical authority to approve the documents. Participated in the pre-startup audit/Commissioning and guarantee runs.

Sour water / Amine treating units for CPCL, India ( Feb 96 – Dec 97)

Involved in total life cycle of execution of Project jointly Licensed by M/s. Delta Hudson, Canada M/s. Engineers India Limited. Amine Recovery unit/Sour Water Stripper Unit/Utilities (consisting of cooling tower, Nitrogen system, plant / Instrument air system etc. by Engineers India Limited were also being erected. Commissioning support rendered.

Acid gas Recovery Unit (2x250 TPD) MCRC process (Sep 96 – Dec 97) as PMC

Involved in total life cycle of execution of Project jointly Licensed by M/s. Delta Hudson, Canada M/s. Engineers India Limited. Amine Recovery unit/Sour Water Stripper Unit/Utilities (consisting of cooling tower, Nitrogen system, plant / Instrument air system etc. by Engineers India Limited were also being erected.

Environment Impact Assessment/ QRA /HAZOP/HAZID Safety studies for refinery (Dec 97 – Nov 98)

Involved in scope of work preparation for the Environment / safety studies

Reviewed the TBE and coordinated in the technical evaluation of the Third party Consultant
