Role of Work
Prepare daily work site report of manpower, equipment and activities for daily submittal to Planning Dept.
Monitor and check all dimensions lay out, elevation and plumpness to ensure that all activities are within the project scope and specifications.
Effectively reading of drawings and raising Request for Information RFI’s for the clearance of missing issues in drawings.
Frequent checking of quality of the construction activities going on. Coordinating with Client, Contractor, Structural Consultants, Vendors, sub-Contractors and timely resolving of the issues.
Preparing Monthly Look Ahead schedules for the scheduling of the project monthly and quarterly by coordinating with planning Dept.
Continuous co-ordination and follow-ups with the client representatives for getting clarity over drawing related issues, Lump sum & Rate approval for Rectification works that will is required during Tiling Works as Structure done by other Agency.
Preparing monthly progress reports, weekly reports, daily progress reports and Labor reports.
Maintaining check list documents for every construction activities. 2. EJJ CONSTRUCTION(June 2015-Dec 2017)
From June 2015 to December 2017 working as Site Engineer civil in EJJ constructions.
Known about pilling work and marine works.
