Working Experience

Presently working in 4star Hotel name as Ramee International Hotel under Ramee Group of Hotels in Bahrain as a front desk Night in Charge from 25Aug2016 till Present maintaining hotel Standard Operating procedures (SOP):

Welcoming guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.

Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.

Allocate rooms for group checkin according to rooming list.

Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards.

Cross checking all the Room rates accordingly to billing instruction has been posted rightly in the pms or not.

Checking all the checkout folios before submitting to the concern departments.

Ensure Front office log book is always updated and actioned upon.

Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.

Maintaining up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages

Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.

Updating GNS on daily basis.

Perform basic cashier activities as and when required.

Doing retention of No show guests.

Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.

Sending day to day Occupancy report, Average Room revenue to General Manager.

Working in morning, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.

Assisting Night Duty Manager in their operations like roster making and security placing and also seeing in night all the operations are running smoothly.

Previously worked in a 3 Star resort named as Merlin Ibiza Green resort for almost 2years as a front desk staff maintaining above mentioned SOP.

Also worked in Bharti Airtel Ltd as a Senior Customer Relationship Officer for 3years. Software handling Experience

Working on IDS software for over 2years

Worked on Oracle software (CRM) for 3years.

Worked on Indian Stock market software and also having knowledge of graph chart analyst.
