Manage and oversee Assistant Designer and Interns in directing and delegating workflow. Conduct market research, shop the market, and analyze trends in order to create inspirational fabric and colors boards. Strong in depth knowledge of Woven, Knit, Sweater Yarns and Performance fabrics. Create cads for Y/D, knits, sweaters and prints as well as technical packages with BOM sheets and make all approvals (knit downs, lab dips, handlooms and yarn dyes).
