SUMMARY

In November 2012 I Joined McNally Bharat Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer in CHP. This company work’s for client Neyveli Lignite Corporation,Barsingsar (2*125 MW).Here I gain knowledge in maintenance of critical and non-critical equipments as a Maintenance Engineer. Responsibility for the Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.

JOB RESPONSIBITIES-

1. RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL KIND OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE WORK OF LIGNITE HANDLING SYSTEM.

2. SCHEDULING AND MONITORING OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. 3. ATTENDING BREAKDOWNS AND REPORTING TO CLINT NLC. 4. RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARATION OF MONTHLY O&M BILL. 5. MAINTAINING DEFECTS REGISTE AND MONITORING DEFECTS ATTENDED. 6. MAINTAINING REPORT REGISTERS LIKE EOT CRANE ROPE, BEARING CLEARANCE, AXIAL AND RADIAL CLEARANCE OF COUPLINGS ETC.

7. REPORTING DAILY LABOUR REPORT TO CLINT NLC.

In April 2015 I Joined Sandeep Enterprises with same company under client Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Barsingsar (2*125 MW) in CHP as a shift maintenance Engineer. Responsible for all kind of Mechanical Maintenance Work.

ATTENDING SCHEDULED PREVENTING MAINTENANCE OF CRITICAL AND NON-CRITICAL EQUIPMENTS. 3. REPORTING DAILY MAINTENANCE WORK TO OR SENIORS. 4. MAINTAINING DEFECTS REGISTER AND ATTENDING DEFECTS. 5. ASSIGNING DAILY WORKS TO LABOURS.

6. SUPERVISE THE MAINTENANCE WORK AND BREAKDOWNS.

7. FILLING OF DAILY LABOUR REPORT AND REPORTING TO CLINT NLC. In September 2017 completed PGDC in Thermal Power Plant Engineering with NPTI, Nagpur. Where I gain Operational and Maintenance knowledge in Boiler, Turbine, and its Auxiliaries of 220MW thermal power plant. Here I have also completed TWO weeks simulator training running on DAS manufactured by Simmons.
