Job Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Quality Assurance of new developing component from Proto stage to SOP.

Responsible for Calibration activity of Measuring Instrument used in the organisation.

Responsible for BOP(Brought Out Part) sample Inspection and Approval.

Responsible for Physical Testing of Raw material over UTM(Universal Testing machine).

Final & In-process inspection of JIG, FIXTURE & GAUGES on CMM(Co-Ordinate measuring machine).

Responsible for making Standard Gauges Design as per Dimensional requirement.

On time Sample Inspection of new Development parts like welding Penetration Report, Layout Inspection Report.

MSA(R&R) study.

Joint Inspection of parts with Customer for New Part or Tool Validation.

Durability testing of Coated Part by SST machine.

Responsible for making Indent against CAPEX.

Inspection of running Production welded sheet metal components by CMM.

Maintaining Master List of Instrument, Gauges, Panel checkers.

Documentation of Standard Room, Calibration Plan Making & Updating.

Handling customer complaints & rectify the problems.

Product Layout Inspection as per plan.

Continual Improvement with Kaizen, 5’S and suggestions in department.

Maintaining all updated standards and manuals at Department Level.

Solving the Dimensioning issued problem in welding Jigs for making new Development & Prototype Samples.

Any other assignment given by management.
