• Managed numerous levels of DoD and Joint governmental, civilian, and contractor support personnel. Managed aviation units as large as 3000+ personnel and 100+ aircraft, including the transport of people and things in support of national security objectives, within and outside U.S., to austere complex and hazardous environments without loss of life or aircraft.

• Developed/implemented Safety department’s restructure to support Marine Corps Aviation Campaign plan on standardization across all multiple type, model, and series of aircraft. Recognized for aviation safety contributions within the Department of Navy. First to develop a Safety Management System (SMS) Program within NNSA and Gulfstream Aerospace Flight Test Department.

• Driving force to implement ISBAO operations processes within the Department of Energy aviation community. ISBAO qualified and school trained auditor. Graduate level training regarding implementation of aviation safety programs and formally trained to investigate aircraft mishaps. As GAC Safety Manger, managed the integration of SMS into the Gulfstream Flight Operations Department. AVIATION OPERATIONS, SECURITY, AND MANAGEMENT:

• OEM & FAA approved Production Test Pilot for G650/550/V/450 and Special Missions aircraft. Also provided Entry Into Service (EIS) for Large Cabin aircraft to include domestic and international delivery.

Designated Aviation Program Manger by the Department of Energy and SME expert for all aviation issues for NNSA. Met FAA requirements for the Director of Aviation of a Part 125 program.
