Provide information regarding requirements for personnel security investigations and clearances, interpretation of personnel security regulations, and adjudicative guidelines to customers

Report and issues and escalate cases as needed to ensure timely processing

Manage case inventory and ensure that all work is performed according to contractual requirements and performance standards

Create file folders, enter necessary data into Personnel Security case management system, and maintain personnel security files for access and collateral access

Process and manage incoming and outgoing security clearance certifications and verifications
