■Responsible for over 16 drilling rigs covering all aspects of well operations from rig start-up to production

■Gather performance database across the rig fleet & recommend areas of improvement

■Oversee the use and maintenance of the Drilling Reporting System to enable performance measurement and benchmarking.

■Gather drilling data and report them in a consistent and reliable manner for problem solving and performance improvement.
