• Assist with on-boarding of new hires including training in Mercer-specific programs, procedures and policies

• Meeting planning, note taking and distribution, including catering (as needed)

• Peer review of all document to ensure Mercer standards were followed, including styles, colors and formatting

• Presentation development/updating using Powerpoint

• Monthly report generation

• Expense report reconciliation and reimbursement submission

Important Accomplishments/Achievements/Training: Assisted AA Team Lead on both phone and in-person interviews as candidates were identified for administrative positions within the Health & Benefits group, including recommendations for hiring; provided ideas, feedback and suggestions for administrative holiday gatherings; participated in training sessions for Word, PowerPoint, Excel and advance M:Drive Training.
