1) Tribology of Minimum Quantity Lubrication In Metal Cutting (July 2017 – August 2017)

• Detailed study of parameters such as machining forces, surface roughness, chip behavior, tool wear etc. in metal cutting with the comparison of MQL and Conventional lubrication.

2) Graphene Formation by Chemical Vapor Deposition (Aug 2016 – Dec 2016)

• Detailed study of CVD method and formation of Graphene layer how the layer is formed on various conditions and types of substrates.

3) Design & Mfg. of SPM for Pasting of Mahindra Verito Floor Carpet (July 2013 – April 2014)

• Designed and manufactured a semi-automatic (special purpose machine) with the help of which an even layer of adhesive is applied.

• After the implementation of our project, there was reduction in the required manpower to half and cycle time from 1.29 min. to just 32 sec.
