Current Position

Mr. Nuechterlein currently is a Special Consultant to the Law firm of Brustin & Lundblad LLC in Chicago Illinois.

Past Professional Experience

Mr. Nuechterlein is the former Mid-West Regional Director and financial and legal consultant of Trivent Systems, a leader in Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services with offices in Chicago and Chennai, India, serving companies in the Legal and Business research domain. Mr. Nuechterlein was also the Business Development Manager for Ameripro Prosthetics and Orthotics in Chicago, Illinois. He developed the innovative business model for Ameripro Prosthetics and Orthotics in Michigan and Chicago, Illinois. He was also the managing partner of that medical corporation, specializing in state-of-the-art prosthetics and orthotics.

In addition, Mr. Nuechterlein serves as a Special Consulting Representative for Virginia and Arizona based Law Department Desktop Services, LLC.

Mr. Nuechterlein has a wealth of experience in the legal, financial, and medical professions, along with vast business management skills and expertise.

Mr. Nuechterlein worked for the U. S. Treasury Department as a Special Agent in Washington D. C., Detroit, MI, and Chicago, IL; specializing in assisting the U. S. Department of Justice in the preparation and conduct of tax fraud prosecutions.

When the former U. S. Attorney James R. Thompson became Governor of the state of Illinois, Mr. Nuechterlein became the assistant to the Director of Revenue. He then was appointed a member of the Board of Tax Appeals for the State of Illinois; and also sat as a Hearing Officer and the Administrator of the Illinois Board of Tax Appeals.

After retiring from government service, Mr. Nuechterlein became the Vice President of Monex Health Care Systems, providing insurance claim processing services and also the Vice President of the Anti-Aging and Cosmetic Institute of Chicago.

Mr. Nuechterlein was also instrumental in the formation of Management Consultants International, which assists emerging European companies seeking to do business in the United States. Education
