OBJECTIVE

I am seeking a challenging technical position in a pleasant working environment, which will permit me to continue practicing and expanding my skill set and knowledge base. I am equally comfortable and qualified for either a Mechanical Engineer/Service Engineer/Sales Engineer/ Production Engineer/Design Engineer/Process Engineer.

As a result of my developed analytical problem solving skills and ability to learn new tasks and concept abstractions quickly, I am also more than willing to accept a position in an exciting new field that I have not yet had the opportunity to work in.

07/2013 – Till date MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES Mechanical Engineer

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing a project specification with seniors, developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs, troubleshooting and possible repair of field problems.

Investigates service complaints, proposes and discusses follow-up recommendations with the Supervisor and implements them.

Supports and supervises field testing, field campaigns, repairs of transport damage and incomplete deliveries when required.

Provides and processes data for warranty and service reporting, Supports training activities for distributors and dealers, Plan and implement in area improvements based on annual Departmental Plans, Management of Spare parts

Maintains communication and business contacts with support staff in supporting Quality Assurance and Engineering activities, Responsible for the handling of warranty claims for designated customers.

Responsible for technical support to mainly distributors and dealers within designated countries

Effectively managing inventory, as a result organization has increase productivity, decrease downtime, reduce spending on parts, and boost production operation.

Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;

Directly involved in the development and production process providing advice and recommendations when needed For improving Process

Collect, review and consolidate information to support the identification of intervention areas to ensure sales target achievement

Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with assigned current customers and prospective customers segment to generate revenues for the organization

Communicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform about new products and promotions to increase sales in order to reach the expected sales target

Identify and implement fidelity techniques to ensure a long-lasting fruitful business relationship with major accounts

Research, gather and analyse products availability in the market to assist in the proposal of new products and services to improve Company sales

Adopt in managing Production & Manpower planning operations, conducting productivity anaalysis, troubleshooting.

Monitoring the team in order to investigate Failures and set backs.

Meeting with vendors to ensure the quality and timeliness of materials and keeping records of change orders.

Preparing Monthly QRM(Quality review meeting), MRM (managmement review meeting)

Adopting to T.Q.M. techniques like 5S, 3M(MUDA, MURA, MURI), 3G, Kaizen and Poke-Yoke

Monitoring of daily production statement and shop efficiency calculation

Monitoring the operator and machines on productivity, Updating Skill Chart

Monitoring assembly, testing & dispatching within the planned date, worked on 7QC Tools, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Reading & Analyzing the drawings.

Carrying out feasibility studies of the product in order to meet the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) standards in terms of materials, resources and manufacturing process

Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the orders as per order data sheet form and planning list.

Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements, Implementation of MTBF/MTTR Kaizens

Time base maintenance and condition base maintenance, Presenting Department measurable to management through MRM

Managing on Enterprise resource planning (ERP)

Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework

Scheduling the workload as per planning list and ensure that the production deliveries are meeting the dispatch plan .
