Dad's Kitchen off of Freeport

Host, Food Runner, Server.

Here I served guests always with a smile on my face. Took care of people above and beyond. Was useful where ever I was needed. Great people skills and fast working environment.

May 2015 - July 2015

Wild River Medford Oregon.

Here I was a prep cook where I helped everyone in the kitchen get what they needed. Hopped over to the cook line, pizza line and helped out where I was needed. I made recipes for all sorts of sauces and meals needed for the food served. Anywhere from pot pie, house sauces, chopped vegetables/lettuce, made pasta, soup de’jours every day and cooked meat to be ready to use.

Medford Oregon I worked over 40 hours a week, trained new people, learned the flow of things very quickly. Was one of the top sandwich markers on my team. Mainly worked opening shifts but do know how to close. I had lots of “Regulars” that came for me to make their food and to receive great service. Always had a smile on my face! Learn lots of food skills and timing coronation.

CDS Demo services-Medford, Oregon Here I work at Costco serving members food and drink samples. Sold product of which I was giving out. Made sure the people had a clean place to collect samples from, knew what they were eating, and gave them information on the product. Made sure they were happy and satisfied. Working here I have come across with many different types of people and their opinions of the product adding onto my great people skills.

Food server. I help people get what they want, treat them like family, and serve them the best I can to make them happy and satisfied. Dealing with people all day I have acquired people skills and know how to handle a situation if a costumer gets unhappy. Learned some knowledge about Sushi, Asian beers, and Sake!

Serving Assistant. Set up and clean off tables. Serve rolls, refill water, coffee, etc. for customers. Did food prep work prior to serving hours. Waited on people and their needs. Made sure they were happy and overly satisfied with food, and service. Learned many members well and what they liked to eat frequently when they came in.
