1. M.O.H Projects – Design Review

Reviewed infrastructure designs submitted by reputable consultants (Parsons, Dar Al Riyadh, Zuher Fez, Saudconsult, Khatib Al Alami and Omrania).

Reviewed concept design for approximately 30 sites (Total Area= 3000 Ha approx.).

Reviewed detailed design & tender documents for 25 sites. (Total Area=2500 Ha approx., Cost=3 Billion SAR).

Reviewed hydrology studies for 30 sites.

Prepared design criteria for M.O.H to be followed for all infrastructure projects in future. 2. M.O.H Projects – Redesign of Infrastructure utilities The infrastructure utilities (potable & Fire water, foul water, storm water and irrigation networks) for the following sites were redesigned due to changes in master plans:

Responsibilities

Lead a team of design engineers, CAD personnel & supporting staff and responsible for completion of projects from conceptual design stage through construction documents for infrastructure projects. Design of storm water drainage system for underpass including pump station.

Diversion of main box culvert (2.15m x 1.2m) and finished grading of the project site.

Coordination of project and prepared value engineering report.

Assisted client in tender evaluation and responded to queries received from contractors during tendering process. 5. Re-Planning and Design of Faifa Area, Diplomatic Quarters, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia. Client: Arriyadh Development Authority, ADA (Area=150 Ha & Project Value= SAR 130 Million)

Analysis of existing and the (new) design for potable & fire water distribution, foul/wastewater collection and irrigation systems.

As project coordinator reviewed works of design engineers, prepared technical reports and presentations.

Representation in workshops held in Frankfurt (Germany) in a joint venture with AS&P (Albert Speer & Partners GmbH).
