Role of Work

• Quantification of Materials as per the given GFC Drawings for the Site procurement purpose.

• Preparation of Monthly RA Bills with respect to site execution, Submission to client every month & getting approvals for the same.

• Certifying the Subcontractor Bill and forwarding to accounts department for payment.

• Preparing Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report & Monthly Progress Report.

• Preparation and submission of monthly cost reports, value reports and cash flow info.

• Propose and recommend the estimates for variation and claims.

• Prepare backups and getting approval for additional works whatever deviated from drawings.

• Preparation and presentation of monthly site progress, status of invoice and cash flow to management.

• Dealing with internal and client technical queries and requests.
