CLIENT : EISAI PHARMACEUTICAL PVT LTD

Chemical storage tanks store the chemical. Dispensing the chemical to reactor and after chemical reaction store the chemical for dispath. The complete tank drawing by applying ASME standards, welding standards.

Roles and Responsibity:

Collecting data for standard parts and dimensions

Designing catalog components shell, dish, nozzles. Designing standard component chemical storage tank by Reverse engineering. Converting 3D models to drafting as per manufacturability. Prepare the dispatch documents for job.

Check the every job as per drawing.

CHEMICAL EQUIPMENTS:

CLIENT : MYLAN LABORATORIES PVT LTD.

Chemical equipments are use for flowing the chemical from storage tank to reactor and reactor to storage tanks. This equipments constructed with lining material. The purpose of lining material is break the contact between chemical and equipment. Roles and Responsibity:

Designing components by client requirement.

Design of pipes like tee pipes, cross pipes, concentric reducer flange pipes, reduced flange, hoppers.

Draw the 2D drawing for every equipment.

Prepare the dispatch documents for job.
