Responsibilities:

Manage day to day HR operational activities including payroll, employee files and legal paperwork

Monitor all HR functions ensuring they are running based on the local labor law and according to set standards/KPI

Work effectively as a team member to support and implement processes for, performance management, Training & Development and Organizational Development
