Design of RCC structure for District Cooling Plant in Dubai World Trade Center, EXPO 2020 site, Dubai. Structure comprises of Lower basement which is 6.45m under the ground, ground floor, mezzanine floor and roof floor. Ground floor slab is supporting 3 chillers of weight 60 tons each and roof floor slab is supporting 3 cooling towers of weight 101 tons each. The size of the structure is 32.00m X 25.00m. The total height of the structure is 28.45m. Adjacent to this structure an underground TSE tank of size 27.00m X 25.00m with 6.45m height, the top slab of TSE tank is accommodating a TES tank (Steel tank) of 17.50m diameter with 20.50m height weighing 5200 tons.

Design of sign board, which is a steel structure with 200.00 m length and 20.0 m height. Comprised of vertical main frame at every 4.00 m, 8 cat ladders of height 20.00 m at equal distances, a steel walkway platform at the top of the sign board along the full length of the sign board and the foundation system for the structure is combined precast footings of size 3.00m X 7.00m X 1.40m depth for M/s FALCON CITY OF WONDERS LLC, Dubai, UAE.

Design of RCC structure for District Cooling Plant in Sector M36-A, Mussafah Industrial City, Abu Dhabi. Structure comprises of Lower basement which is 6.00m under the ground, ground floor, mezzanine floor and roof floor. Ground floor slab is supporting 3 chillers of weight 60 tons each and roof floor slab is supporting 3 cooling towers of weight 101 tons each. The size of the structure is 22.30m X 23.00m. The total height of the structure is 28.40m. Adjacent to this structure an underground TSE tank of size 17.20m X 23.00m with 6.00m height, the top slab of TSE tank is accommodating a TES tank (Steel tank) of 15.00m diameter with 20.00m height weighing 3800 tons.

Design of RCC structures in The German Island (THE WORLD ISLAND), Dubai. Comprises of 6 blocks (block 1, 2, 3 & 3A are villas, block 4A & 4B are sub stations, block 5A & 5B are Telephone & Control rooms respectively and block 6A & 6B are Underground Irrigation water tank, Portable water tank, pump room & Underground Firefighting water tank, Portable water tank, pump room respectively. All the structures are on reclaimed filled soil in the island.

Design of RCC structure for District Cooling Plant in PALM DEIRA ISLAND for NAKHEEL. Structure comprises of Lower basement which is 6.00m under the ground, ground floor, mezzanine floor, first floor and roof floor. Ground floor slab is supporting 5 chillers of weight 65 tons each and roof floor slab is supporting 5 cooling towers of weight 100 tons each. The size of the structure is 32.00m X 35.00. The total height of the structure is 32.45m. Adjacent to this structure an underground TSE tank of size 40.00m X 40.00m with 6.00m height, the top slab of TSE tank is accommodating a TES tank (Steel tank) of 20.00m diameter with 25.00m height weighing 8000 tons.

Design of RO Electrical building (39.00mX28.00m – Basement, ground floor and roof) and SWI Electrical building (28.00mX11.00m) RCC structures for Khafji SWRO Desalination Plant at Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Design of concrete and steel structures in The Heart of Europe (THE WORLD ISLAND), Dubai. Ground floor slab is supporting 18 chillers and 9 cooling towers. The size of the structure is 146.50m X 55.10m. Adjacent to this structure 4 TES tank (Steel tank) of 22.00m diameter with 23.00m height is supported on the pile raft.
