Closed loop handling of PPAP to customers. (Preparation, submission & approval from Customer).

Procedure for the new product release i.e. APQP & PPAP.

Analyzing customer complaints, Root cause Analysis of problem, Initiating & Implementing corrective actions & interacting with concerned manufacturing personnel for implementation of permanent corrective actions for future production & Responding to customer with permanent corrective action reports (8-D reports-(Global 8D)) on the problem.
