OBJECTIVE
Seeking fulltime opportunity specializing in semiconductors, reaction engineering, catalysis & fluid mechanics. EDUCATION
Master of Science (M.S) in Chemical Engineering Graduated: December 2017 University of California, San Diego
Graduate Course Highlights: Process Technology in Semiconductor Industry, Fluid Mechanics, Introduction to Nano Engineering, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Chemical Engineering Graduated: June 2016 SRM University, Chennai, India CGPA: 3.9/4
PROJECTS
Flow through Kenics Static Mixer: (June 2015-November 2015)
Dealt with different flow patterns in a Kenics Static Mixer over a wide range of Reynolds Number.
Calculated the total pressure drop across the Kenics Mixer & noted the relation between the pressure drop & Reynolds number.
Designed a plant to manufacture 50,000 TPA of Titanium Dioxide through Chloride process: (January 2016-May 2016)
Performed a material balance, energy balance, instrumentation, process control & economics involved in the production of the product.
Thesis is a fitting culmination of my undergraduate study as it required knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Heat & Mass transfer in addition to process control techniques. COURSE OF STUDY
Process Technology in Semiconductor Industry:
Knowledge in crystal growth & purification, thin film technology. Report on different microfabrication process: Photoresists, epitaxy, doping, etching, photolithography.
