Work History
10/1/2017 – 11/28/2017 K4 Solutions, Inc. – Vienna, VA 22182
Customer Service Representative – I worked as a Spanish speaking CSR for FEMA assisting the millions of US citizens needing assistance after Hurricane Maria/Irma. For two months, I took calls from PR, TX, FL and CA helping survivors receive federal assistance. I also worked as a “Lead”, providing guidance to fellow CSR’s with complicating cases. Worked 4 days a week, 10.5-hour days.
10/6/2013 – 12/23/2017 TJMAXX – Chevy Chase, MD 20017
Sales Associate, Cash Office Associate, Front End Coordinator – I work on the sales floor locating merchandise in the appropriate departments; home appliances, men’s furnishings, women’s clothes and accessories. When it is necessary, I work on the registers. I am also trained in layaway and the cash office, verifying and balancing the registers and handling the deposits. I also have experience managing the registers and the cashiers acting as the front-end coordinator; assisting with cashier and customer issues. Being trained in almost every aspect of the store, I have learned to pick up new concepts quickly. Depending on the season, hours varied. Averaged over 30 hours, 5 days a week.
05/2012- 09/2013 Paul’s Bakery – Washington DC 20036
Cashier – I worked during the morning handling all cash and credit transactions. I assisted the managers while serving customers or being barista. I have worked hard to maintain and consistently improve my customer service skills.
03/201*-**-**** Litestars Restaurant – Washington 20036
Cashier – I worked as a cashier and worked outside giving samples of our food. While working as a cashier, I also became a new employee trainer. It was short lived as the restaurant closed shortly after.
