Ensuring income retrieval requests and chargeback’s are processed in accordance with VISA and MASTERCARD regulations.

Reviewing all dispute account and finding out exact reason for the same.

Conducting various Checks to find out the dispute.

Comprehensive knowledge of Payment Agents.

Good understanding of various Fraud Dispute in consumer banking

Ensuring customer scarification is maintained in the face of cardholder dispute settlements.

Working on Internationally used applications like V-roll.
