Dr. Philip Palmer DACRB, DABFP
************@**.***
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to introduce myself to your organization. I have been in practice for 20 years in Canada, maintaining my Florida license since that time, with the goal of moving myself and my family to Florida.
I currently own a multi-disciplinary PI clinic in a medical center with 4 family physicians and have numerous contacts with lawyers who refer to my facility. I understand the importance of communication, report writing, and evidence based rehabilitation programs.
I have completed my DACRB and DABFP which has allowed me to perform numerous specialized assessments, SEMG, Functional Assessments as well as Impairment Rating determination. I also have experience in arbitration/court hearings.
I believe this is a great time to transition to a lucrative opportunity in Florida. I hope that your organization may be the right fit for us.
Please find enclosed my resume. If you require further information please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Philip Palmer D.C, DACRB, DABFP
