Experience

From March 1978, To November 1995, Worked in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft mechanic, on 5 different airframes. Retired November 1995

Assigned as an aircraft mechanic working on the flight line, on various aircraft during my career, to include the F-4E, F-16, T-33, KC-135, and E-3 AWACS.

My duties included, ground handling of aircraft, refueling, defueling, towing, launch, recovery, jacking, preflight inspection, thruflight inspection, basic post flight inspection, major, and minor repairs to keep the aircraft mission capable, and more.

From Jan 1998, to August 2017 Worked for Lockheed Martin as an Aircraft technician.

-Jan 5 1998, to Feb 15 1998 work as aircraft mechanic on a field team in San Antonio, Aircraft Depot facility at Kelly USA, helped overhaul the C-5 horizontal stabilizers, and elevators.

-March 1998, to March 1999 worked as an aircraft engine overhaul mechanic on T-56 engines.

-March 1999, to June 2006 worked as an aircraft engine overhaul mechanic on TF-39 engines.

-June 2006, to August 2017 worked as an aircraft mechanic on night shift at Donaldson center, Greenville SC, on P-3 Depot level maintenance, and C-130 modifications.

--- Worked re-wing of P-3 for life extension, Jacked aircraft, and shored. Removed, and reinstalled engines, removed and reinstalled landing gear, depopulated components from wing leading, and trailing edges. Worked flight line to deliver aircraft upon completion of all maintenance.

--- Towed and Jacked C-130 aircraft when required, Performed weight and balance on aircraft. Worked flight line to deliver aircraft when modification was complete.
