Administrative Assistant, State of Tennessee – Nashville, Tn In my position I am responsible for keying employees time, including sick, FMLA, and approved vacation for payroll. I process FMLA and retirement applications for employees, and key data onto Talley sheets for accuracy for supervisor reports. I am also responsible for managing schedules to ensure all times is keyed in a timely manner. Compliance and organization is also part of my responsibility for accuracy. Administrative Office Manager, L’ouverture Agency, Nashville, Tn As manager of the office my responsibilities included, scheduling, attend meetings, training and organizing travel. My duties also included hiring, orientation, payroll, and office organization. As part of my responsibility I monitored the well being of behavioral challenged individuals. Production Assembler, Maytag of Jackson- Jackson, Tn As a production assembler with Maytag of Jackson I was part of a team. I worked on a line assembling the housing for dishwashers. The assembly was on a continual moving line. As I assembled the attachments to the dishwasher I was responsible for inspecting the unit to ensure the assembly was correct.
