Profile and Experience:

I have 20+ years of experience, of which 16+ years in Business Solution Advisor, SAP ERP systems implementation/project deployment and Integration experience with Large to Very Large and diverse organizations, with complex environments (non-standardized applications, multiple technologies, decentralized IT organization with presence in multiple countries/locations).

. Extensive experience in a Manufacturing Execution related Architecture and solution Advisory including experience with manufacturing execution, manufacturing integration and product lifecycle management systems.

. Being an Advisory and/or Subject Matter Expert had constantly been in direct engagement client, Vendor, Business with respective CIO’s, CTO’s, BPO’s, Support, Delivery and Engagement leadership on daily basis.

. S/4 HANA: Responsible to lead project deliverables for Finance and Logistics implementation with considerations as impacted areas, infrastructure requirements and path forward for the whole enterprise with active engagement of SAP leadership.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise for solutions and with business process in the areas of Production Process (PP) with APO/IBP, SAP IBP S&OP, SAP APO DP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay (P2P), Ariba, Order to Cash (OTC), Vendor Development, Inventory Management (IM), Transport Management (TM), FICO, AP, AR, CRM, SRM, Plant Maintenance (PM), Spares Management/MRO, Quality Management (QM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

I have 4+ years of SAP implementation experience with Oil and Energy industry and 5+ years of experience with SAP Retail/AFS/FMS implementation experience with big Clients in USA, Canada, UK, China, Mexico and Middle East in understanding their complex business practices /scenarios for SCM, PM, QM including integrating with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and 3rd party Warehouse Systems across their Stores and Distribution Centers (DC's).

Proven ability to understand and deploy all phases of SDLC including project sign-off, business process review, gap analysis, requirements gathering, specifications, project planning, risk identifying and management, documentation, monitor and report progress, resource allocation, system testing, coordination with development, deployment training, go live support, post implementation support, and technical cutover activities.

Proven ability to effectively, strategically and confidently collaborate, influence, negotiate, act and drive for continuous process improvements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Sr. Solution Advisor, COE Practice, Enterprise / Solutions Architect, Practice and Delivery Head to effectively liaison between Senior Executives or JV stakeholders, Proponents / BPO’s, System Integrators, Implementation and deploying teams.

Proven solution implementation experience in industry verticals like Retail (CPG), Apparel and Footwear Solutions (AFS), Chemicals, Manufacturing, Energy and Petro Chemicals.

Proven ability to evaluate, analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements to functional and technical design required for Deployment, Implementation, Testing and Go-Live.

Expertise in understanding the Client’s business requirements and promote the value proposition of SAP solution to meet business requirements and deliver benefits. Well versed in skills like Problem-solving, negotiations, decision-making and to diligently influence BPO’s, Program Management, Stakeholders, internal and external partners.

Engage the team to effectively translate client objectives and requirements into a viable SAP solution.
