• Earthquake Prediction Using Solar System Objects (Web application based on Machine Learning), CSU Fullerton o Developing a web application which finds the correlation between earthquakes and solar system objects (Sun, Moon, Mars, Jupiter) where system gets repeatedly trained using supervised learning. o Front-end is getting build in HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, PHP and the data visualization and manipulation is done with the help of Python scikit-Learn and libraries like TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib. Editors used are Atom, Jupyter Notebook and Anaconda Command Prompt.
• ImgRepo (Images Uploading Social Media Website), CSU Fullerton o Developed a web application for the users to upload the photos and comments regarding those photos. o Added the functionality of upvote, downvote, newly added and top trending photos. Hosted this application on the private domain.
o Technologies Used are HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap, Javascript, Ember.js, Node.js, Ajax, JQuery and maintained the data on Firebase API.
• Narcissists Talk About Themselves (Blogs Posting Web Application), CSU Fullerton o Developed a web based application for narcissists to upload their views along with the attached media. Front-end was built using HTML 5, BootStrap, CSS 3, Javascript.
o Sent the user data to the server using Node JS, Ajax and JQuery which stored in MongoDB and parsed using JSON . o Deployed the system with the help of Deployd (An open source platform for designing, building and scaling APIs for web and mobile applications).
• Protein Family Classification Using Machine Learning (Long Short-Term Memory), CSU Fullerton o Developed a Java based Machine Learning Algorithm based on Long Short Term Memory to find out which protein sequence belongs to which protein family and which protein class. Used Positive and Negative training datasets of Protein in the form of FAST-A Sequence for more than 6000 sequences.
o Successfully maintained the Mean Squared Error closest to 0 and Area Under ROC (receiver operating characteristic) Curve closest to 1 after 100 Epochs and successfully tested the results. o Technologies: Java Multithreading, Apache Ant, Junit, Python scikit-Learn and libraries like TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib
• Burp! (Sentimental Analysis on Restaurants Reviews), CSU Fullerton o Developed a web application which helped users to compare multiple restaurants at a time based on location, price range, reviews and ratings. This system helped users to find best nearby restaurants by analyzing various graphical views. o Performed various data modeling activities such as data scrapping, data cleansing, removal of duplicate data, data evaluation performed Generating Genetic Algorithm (GGA), Decision Tree and Aspect Based Sentimental Analysis Algorithm. o Technologies and Tools used: Java, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, ODBC, Rapidminer, Qlikview, Qlik Sense Desktop, Octoparse.
• Centralized Assignment Plagiarism Detector, University of Mumbai o Developed a submission portal where instructors can upload assignments and students can submit their responses. Utilized the method of fingerprinting for detecting copied content and enhanced the outcome using citation chunking which detects disguised plagiarism. This was developed using
o Technologies: PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Apache Tomcat.
