Objective: To obtain full time employment with a company that will allow me to utilize my skills as plant supervisor and master machinist.

Education: Thompson High School Graduated 1983

University of Montevallo 1985 Graduated with Music Degree Work History: Pelham Machine and Tool 1981-current Qualifications: I have extensive knowledge in the fabrication of tools. I have had the unique opportunity to work within a company that started at the ground and built itself up. I have excellent organizational and communication skills. I begin working in 1981 in a machine shop as an apprentice, from there I moved up to running drill presses, small lathes, and milling machines. Then to 25" lathes, 24 ft boring mills with double heads, 7" floor bars and table bars. I have also programmed and operated CNC equipment. Currently I am certified with the Bob-CAD Cam programming system. I am now the shop supervisor where I keep workers organized and jobs running smoothly. I have excellent skills involving estimating and bidding of jobs. I am able to design tools on the spot to allow cutting of materials. I am familiar with Quality Control, and the completion of QIT reports.
