PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Currently Working as Field Engineer in Al Masaood Oil and Gas from 09 June 2015 to still . (UAE )

Responsible for aerated drilling operations on NDC onshore Rigs.

Preparation of Drilling program for Aerated drilling

Supervise Aerated Drilling jobs on different Onshore Rigs of NDC.

Prepare All Air drilling Packages for the coming jobs.

Coordinates with operational Supervisor on site and in Yard in order to Control the operation safely.

Coordinates and Discussed with ADCO Drilling Supervisor on the Rig site and Drilling Engineer for ongoing and upcoming Job.

Ensures that all quality documentation, procedures and work instructions were maintained & implemented.

Supervise many Aerated Drilling jobs on well site with first rate evaluation.

Attend & facilitate QHSE meetings, participate in management review meetings.

Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to services, process & quality system. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

Preparation of Aerated drilling program for ADCO wells

Co-ordinates and assists with the rig up/down of equipment at home facilities and customer locations

Liaises with the customer’s representative on location to ensure customer’s objectives are being met.

Discuss with the base supervisor any suggestions for improvements to Company equipment / products or repair / maintenance procedures.

Preparation of accurate delivery tickets, job reports, job evaluation sheet, time sheets and other similar administrative/ operation forms.

Monitors drilling data and equipment performance and make appropriate recommendations to ensure operational & safety objectives are met on all Aerated drilling operations.

Ensures that operations comply with company’s technical and safety standards.

Interacts responsibly with other crew members, contractors and customer representatives

Prepare forecasts with respect to equipment and personnel utilization and make recommendations for possible critical periods.

Assistant Production Engineer in Pakistan Petroleum Limited from Feb 2011 to Feb 2015.

Trainee Production Engineer in Oil & Gas Development Company Limited from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011.

Prepare proposals & plan for rig and rigless operations i.e. Well Testing, Well Completion, Well Intervention jobs, Work-Over & Well Monitoring.

Well Testing

Conduct Well Testing Operations (DST with TCP & SWT) on exploratory and development wells .

Execute and supervise deliverability test (flow after flow test), Transient test (build-up & drawdown test).

Carries out preliminary interpretation & evaluation of test results.

Well Completion

Involved in single, commingle and dual well completion operations at Adhi Gas Condensate wells.

Correlation for packer setting during completion job.

Set Single hydraulic packer (through HST/CPST Wireline) with tail assembly in different casing sizes ( 7”).

Space-out & install Sub Surface Safety Valves with 0.25” hydraulic control line of pressure rating 10 K & perform Post Completion Integrity Test.

Install TBG Head Spools & X-Mass Tree 10 K (Cameron & FMC) & perform Tubing Hanger integrity test.

Well Intervention

Follows up and supervises all Wire line jobs i.e. Open and cased- hole logging, thru-tubing Perforations, PSP Survey, MPBT.

Conduct Injectivity Test prior to Stimulation job; supervise well Stimulation and monitoring the post stimulation behavior of wells.

Perforation wash, Scale removal & Fill clean-up through Coil Tubing Unit.

Supervised salt cleaning & proppant/sand clean-up Coiled Tubing Unit.

Supervised BHP survey campaign that included static gradients, production testing & redressing of Surface Controlled Sub-Surface Safety Valve (SCSSSV).

Work-Over

Toot Oil Field

Completion Pull, Cased the hole and recomplete the well in 7” Casing.

Chachar Gas Field

Dual well completion pull, cementing lower zone perforation due to water coning, Re-Perforation in upper zone and complete with single string completion.

Well Monitoring & Miscellaneous Activity

Well monitoring through test separator (once in month to maintain the Well production Database).

Monitors the performance of installed production equipment (X-mass trees, chokes, SSSV’s, SSV's/Actuators, Control Panels, managing equipment & spares inventory for replacement/Redressing of equipment during ATA.

Monitoring of wells production, cathodic protection system and executed thickness survey of feeder lines & surface fittings.

Conducting daily maintenance checks on wellhead & ancillary surface facilities, safety control panels and SCADA.

Planning, and on site supervision for laying of feeder lines, leakage rectification, Cold cutting, pipe replacement,& installation of surface fittings and commissioning of wells.

Monitoring of demulsifier injection in feeder line for breaking emulsion of the Sakesar crude oil

Comprehensive database on well history, oil/gas production.

Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices at Well-site & yard.

Maintaining HSEQ as per company policy.

Participate in company weekly safety meeting and propose technical solution to eliminate unconformities.

Compliance with daily company and regulatory standards.

Preparation of the relevant reports on daily, monthly & annual basis.
