Client - ZADCO, is an Abu Dhabi National Oil Company subsidiary in which ExxonMobil & Japan Oil Development Company (JODCO) are Shareholders. The project comprises engineering, procurement, civil and modular construction, transportation & commissioning of surface facilities (EPC) on four artificial islands. Specifically, this includes wellhead control, manifolds, crude oil process facilities, water injection & gas lift, oil export pumps, power generation and associated utilities. Services include supply chain management (transportation, procurement, logistics, vehicle/asset/MHE, fuel and waste management), facilities management - hospitality (catering, accommodation, cleaning, customer service Centre), base infrastructure maintenance (preventative & corrective maintenance, repairs, construction, servicing of equipment and facilities, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) & communications.

Exhibits excellence effectively handling cost effective procurement and achieving significant savings through effective evaluation of vendors and developing cost-effective alternatives for various export & imports operations. Knowledge of Marine Vessels, Pipelines, and Marine Construction and Decommissioning. Responsible for successfully meeting KPI's for all support services of the contract like - scrutinize quotations, evaluate offers & prepare bid tabulations.

MIS reports to management in matter related to vessel dry dockings, maintenance and repairs.

Review / Approval of contracts and participate in negotiations with 3PL/4PL logistics service providers (i.e., carrier, FF, Transporters to assure consistency with organization’s strategic initiatives, desired service levels, and cost objectives.

Responsible for developing short, medium and long-term Refinery production or manufacturing management plan, marine resource plans through collaborative interfaces with asset planners, to support exploration and development opportunities (E & P).

Monitor Marine Logistics procedures for enhancing the operational efficiency and reducing cost in terms of money & time, like marine resource plan, annual sailing schedules, dry docking, annual endorsements (certification/approval), planning to incorporate requirements for close standby, loading and discharge of bulks including fuel & water, tank cleaning, and MIS report.

Manages store section smoothly to ensure the dispatches of Old & Used (Second Hand) Equipment’s of Oil & Gas Companies and Service Providers to minimize liabilities at maximum level – inventory, rotation of old & used equipment’s with the help of drilling + engineering team for non-interrupted upstream operation.

Ensure timely submission of duty draws back application with the concerned authorities to gain revenue of the company.

Leadership qualities help to interact with E & P – upstream team, Procurement / Proposal / Bidding Team for Logistics support.

Liaison with Shipping Lines over issues related to service and documentation for speedy clearance action & with Bank.

Ensure safe handling of equipment/s (under QHSE) for maintenance and restart with minimum down time by prudent planning which helps huge cost control to gain project profit margin of organization.
