Working with local building inspectors and building codes. Interior finishes including trim work, painting, staining, stone work and kitchen/bathroom fixtures and finishes.
Apartment building renovation. Worked with a partner to renovate several apartments in one building. Some apartments required total demolition and redesign. New electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, doors, trim work, kitchens and 2
