Customer Service/Human Resource Assistant
Customer Service Representative responsible for greeting inbound and
departing aircraft via the Unicom. Relay/inform Line Technicians of customer
requirements via internal radio system. Receptions/Operator (focal point)
of the company ensuring customer's (whether in the air, on the phone or at
the counter) requests are handled quickly and accurately with a smile. As a
CSR we also invoiced, scheduled rental aircraft, dispatched aircraft, processed
payments, cashier, inventory count, selling supplies and various clerical
duties. HR Assistant responsible for enrolling employee, terminating
employee, processing monthly billing and complete employee spreadsheet
verifying payroll deductions of all insurance benefits. Other responsibilities

Reduced inventory by $1 million dollars for the Currency production lines and
reduced inventory by $3 million dollars for the TCD production lines. This was
accomplished by implementing a Kanban Process for securing production
parts and working closely with the Purchasing Agents to secure quality parts.
Created and generated production shop orders to meet customer
requirements, defined safety stock levels, internal sub-component builds
and rework requirements.

Assisted the Purchasing Agents with manufactured/purchased parts
outsourcing project. Initiated the Kanban System within Manufacturing.
Expedite and schedule deliver of parts. Assisted Buyers and Purchasing

United States). Assisted with the initial set-up and ongoing update of the
HRIS. With the use of job description software and working with all Field
Service Managers revised all job descriptions. Implemented an incentive
plan for on-the-job safety. Processed enrollment of benefits for all
employees. Managed the Fleet Operation of 350 vehicles working with
various leasing vendors for Brandt, Inc. and Rowe Industries. Processed
vehicle orders, ensure that delivery date was on schedule, sold or returned
used vehicle and created process to ensure completion of vehicle preventative
maintenance. Created a system for processing purchase
orders to ensure requisitions were received to ensure generating of purchase
order, receiving product, processing of billing and closing order. Processed all
National Account Contracts for PM servicing of equipment. Collected on all
National Account Contracts past due.
