Was one five people, out 200 who applied, selected to hold investigations on employees regarding rule and safety violations.

Terminal Trainmaster June 2001 - November 2003

One of ten people, out of 2000 who applied, selected to participate in the Management Trainee program. Spent six months travelling across the entire CSX network, spending time with the Mechanical, Engineering and Transportation departments. Presented to Senior Leadership on ways to make the railroad safer and more efficient. Responsible for the movement of trains across three divisions.

Developed risk assessment plans in conjunction with the Engineering department, identifying areas that were prone to failure during inclement weather.

Was recognized for developing plans designed to improve operational goals to meet or exceed company’s benchmarks.

Selected to train employees on how to operate remote control locomotives for use in rail switching yards.
