Responsible for developing and maintaining strong trusted relationship with key accounts that contributes to retention and long standing partnerships.

Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with brokers, customer stakeholders & consultants in the local community to facilitate opportunities for additional business.

Ability to identify client needs/requirements and provide strategic solutions to achieve client satisfaction.

Proactively promote organization system capabilities that will improve clinical workflow efforts and increase efficiencies of coordination of care between providers.

Lead projects for providers implementing HHIE system applications. Coordinate and manage deliverables from team members till completion of project.

Contribute and collaborate on development of policy and procedure re-design for hospitals, Community Health Centers and individual provider practices.

Provide training to providers and their staff on platforms & system applications and assist in redesign of clinical workflow procedures.

Facilitate communication between management, software vendors and provider clients related to transitional care policies and procedures to address technical and system issues.
