Provide marketing leadership support for HPE’s Alliance sales marketing team members in North America. Act as central point person for all things Alliance marketing related in the U.S. and Canada
Manage own alliance relationships and own go-to-market. Understand the role of North America marketing and drive team to meet/exceed expectations of that role while balancing the needs of the field and global teams.
Work hand-in-hand with Regional Alliance Business Managers to develop annual campaigns and supporting content.

Manage the hands-on day-to-day execution of sales marketing plans, deliverables, and action items. Evaluate, recommend and approve investment in marketing opportunities offered by alliance partners, manage HPE’s participation in alliance partner marketing activities. Collaborate with regional field marketing, channel marketing and sales to ensure they are educated on alliance message and associated activities that impact their job. Keep accurate records of results and make recommendations. Look at alliances holistically and build strategic plans accordingly.
Responsible for managing the Alliances marketing budget; process requests for Market Development Funds (MDF) for investment in Alliance activities; secure proper approvals; issue PO numbers to partners, submit for payment. Includes tracking actual spend, reporting on results and making recommendations on future based on previous outcomes. Understand the budget spend and allocation and report weekly to team.
Track proof-of-performance (POP) and ROI on marketing investments, ensuring Salesforce.com is updated with alliance marketing activity details and results.
Keep executive management in the loop on significant or strategic changes with alliances on a consistent basis.
Manage multiple campaigns from budget management to conception and launch through evaluation.
Mentor and manage virtual alliance team and give clear direction/feedback of expectations.
Partner Marketing - Manage the HPE/Microsoft Frontline Partner Proposal Program and MDF funds. Successfully increased new funding $75K per fiscal half. Engaged and assisted small to mid-sized partners with their marketing campaigns. Campaigns yielded strong ROI/metrics. Overall program management averaged 75:1 ROI. Responsible for program reporting and metrics. Lead HP/Microsoft partner portal site rebrand, google analytics, and content management.
