» Work as a Draftsman in FABRICATION INDUSTRY. Here I designed lots of sheet metal electrical panel designing on AutoCAD 2000 In SuperTech Power Control (P) Ltd a fabrication industry, a Since August 2003 To 28 Feb 2004.

» Working as a Draftsman in AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, In this industry I designed Various Jig & Fixture Drawing for automobile parts production in assembly shops. And designed Forging & Plastic Components to find its weight, feasibility, quality etc. also used various instruments to increase my measuring ability and confidence in work. » Working as a Cad Cam Engineer in DIES & MOLD MANUFACTURING UNIT, here I designed GATE VALVES, BALL VALVES, BUTTERFLIES DISKS, MANIFOLDS, PLANES wood tool, DISPOSEABLE DIES, SCAFFOLDING, SPRINKLERS, SPANNERS, BIB COCK VALVES, different kind of FAUCETS, design all kind of products with its feasibility, durability, threads, draft angles, outer machining margin, accuracy, tolerances, shrinkages, internal core thickness, its weight as per ISO standards. I create all assembly drawings with its gating, sprues for pouring material. I learn various process like Shell Casting, Investment Casting, Gravity Die Casting, Sand Casting, and vacuum process dies, forging dies, Auto Parts etc. And after that calculate program of all dies, selecting raw material with minimum stock to machine and selecting suitable tools which reduce machining time and increase the quality and accuracy and less accidents. I got great experience in gate valve industry, construction industry, hand tool industry, faucets industry after number of products designing. » Working as a Cad Cam Engineer in FOUNDRY INDUSTRY, here I designed all kind of Sanitary Pipe fitting TEE, ELBOWS, SOCKETS, PLUGS in all sizes, INDUSTRIAL VICES, Casting PLUGS, BRACKETS AND PULLING HOLDERS for high tension electrical wires, textile PULLING LIVERS, automobile BRACKETS for tractors, GATE GRILL - SPEARS, LEAFS, FLOWERS, HOLLOW PILLAR with immense variety, Cricket PLASTIC INNER GUARDS plastic mold & DISPOSEABLE PLATES dies, & many more R&D work for hot core box dies & saving up to 40% electricity power, saving lots of Material by changing design of dies at manufacturing time. I designed creative, critical, art work, & time consuming products with its feasibility, durability, threads, draft angles, outer machining margin, accuracy, tolerances, shrinkages, internal core thickness, its weight as per its standards. I create all assembly drawings with its gating, sprues for pouring material and also check feasibility as per foundry shop workers priority. And after that make program of all assemblies

& core boxes, selecting raw material with minimum stock to machine and selecting suitable tools which reduce machining time and increase the quality, accuracy and less accidents. » Working as a Cad Cam Engineer in PLASTIC MOLD INDUSTRY. Here i had designed complicated sports products like SHIN GUARDS, ICE HOCKEY FACE MASK, HOCKEY & other similar BLOWING MOLD, Sports Bag WHEEL ASSEMBLY DIES, SWIMMING BOARD, and many other machine parts. To save time we use scanning models. R&D take time, after lots of patching and smoothing we get the real shape of product. To ensure our sizes, fitting and feasibility we use 3D printer to get actual product. After all these process we finalize the drawing, extract mold in cad software and calculate the required material with its stock. Calculate the machining programs, tooling, raw material, we machine all molds on vmc machine. To get accuracy as per drawing or cad model I involved myself everywhere like vmc machine setting time, at fitting time, listen to my team give importance to everyone so we get precision work. Here I designed 17 molds with lots of patience and keep focus on accuracy, finishing, tolerance and mold fitting with my tool room team in this sports industry.
