Developed a new Document Storage capability improving process turnaround time by 1 day and reducing cost by over 125k annually

Created and implemented a new Kit Assembly operation which further reduced cost by over 75K annually while improving service turnaround time by 2 days and overall quality to over 99.8% defect free kit creation

Developed and streamlined new AS400 program that optimized an outdated manual routing process allowing for 100% routing accuracy for over 90k active clients as well as a reduction of non-value added driver report sortation from 23 minutes per driver per day to 7 minutes which in turn resulted in an estimated annual savings of over 65k
