Laso Concepts is a platform for connecting healthcare institutions, patients, and support teams. The MVP is built as a mobile responsive single page application (SPA). Features multi-tenancy; thorough user onboarding; multiple profile support; hierarchical group messaging with keyword search, tagging and mentions; direct messaging; on-site and email notifications; blogging and content management system; and content moderation.

●Rapidly prototyped a variety of full-stack features, using AngularJS components and UI Router, RESTful APIs, express and MongoDB.

●Used MongoDB aggregation pipelines to join denormalized data from multiple collections to reduce server round trips.

●Adhered to team and industry standards with respect to API design, ES6 coding style, CSS selector conventions, Promise handling, and security.

Our team was challenged to address traffic and mobility problems that occur when cities host global sporting events with a 24 hour time constraint. We prototyped a solution to diffuse the concentration of tourists by organizing and marketing “hubs” in less well known areas, including San Fernando Valley, Inland Empire, and Orange County.
