Based in Wisconsin I was responsible for implementing and maintaining a Company Wide Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all Legacy Spartech Location.

When funding was cut for the CMMS (eAM) program and the program was in jeopardy I pulled out the user manual and developed a program that was customized for our needs.

Developed a solution for inventory control of MRO. And implemented it at 3 Legacy Spartech Locations.

Implemented eAM at 16 Legacy Spartech Locations in 18 months which included Asset Inventory, Data loading and personnel training along with follow up support.

Responsible for testing and the implementation of Ariba to the Legacy Spartech locations.

Part of the Implementation Team responsible for implementing eMaint (The PolyOne CMMS Software) for Phase 6 and 7.

Based in Wisconsin I am responsible for Strategic sourcing of all commodities minus raw production material for 27 North American locations to include Canada and Mexico.

Centralized the corporate vendor base reducing it from over 5000 MRO vendors to less than 500 vendors.
