Managing the functions of the following:

Involvement in the Commissioning activities and maintenance of the 4X360 MW, 2X300 MW make Chinese Turbines and 1015,1220 TPH PF boiler

Inspection of the jobs which are completed by Chinese(,BHEL,ALSTOM,SIEMENS),and raising all the irregularities regarding the quality of work, operation feasibility, equipment readiness, equipment accessibility etc by giving a detailed punch list to the Client M/s DHARIWAL INFRA.

Successfully stabilizing the Boiler’s, STG’s, Motor Driven Feed Pumps and providing continuous steam and power.

Increasing the reliability of the IPP by doing various logic modifications, modifications for operation and maintenance ease.

Identifying the bottle necks of the IPP and doing the trouble shooting exercise

Successfully achieved the full load of the boiler on Indonesian coal

Responsible for carrying out plant maintenance activities which includes Blend plant, filling & packaging plant, and utilities.

Develop preventive/predictive maintenance plan in coordination with operational team and ensure timely implementation of the plan.
